RealtimeVocaVibe Realtime is a tool for trying VocaVibe's speech models. The scores it shows are the output of research models on a voice recording — they are not a diagnosis, not a screening result, and not medical advice. Only a qualified clinician can diagnose Parkinson's disease.
Who this app is for
Anyone may request access to VocaVibe Realtime. An administrator enrols each user by phone number before they can sign in, so there is no self-service sign-up. It is not intended for clinical use. It is intended for adults (18+).
Who is responsible
VocaVibe Ltd, an Israeli company (registration number 516791845) at Litanis 8, Haifa 3433710, Israel, operates this app and decides how the data described below is used. Questions, access requests and deletion requests: info@vocavibe.ai.
What we collect

The app collects no advertising identifiers, no location, no contacts, and carries no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. Nothing is sold, and nothing is used to build an advertising or marketing profile.
How we use it
- To sign you in and keep your account separate from everyone else's.
- To record, store, analyse and show you your own sessions.
- To validate and demonstrate VocaVibe's speech models — this is the app's purpose.
- To keep the service secure: rate limits, abuse prevention and fault diagnosis.
Who else sees it
- Study administrators. Accounts marked admin or super-admin can read every participant's session details, listen to their recordings and see their results. This is what makes the validation work possible, and it is the most important thing to understand before you record: an administrator can hear what you record.
- Google (Firebase / Google Cloud). Authentication, database, file storage, notifications and the analysis service all run on Google Cloud, which processes this data on our behalf.
- An SMS provider. Your phone number is passed to a messaging provider for the sole purpose of delivering your sign-in code.
We do not share your data with anyone else, and we do not transfer it for anyone else's own purposes. Data may be processed on servers outside your country, under the safeguards our cloud providers offer.
How it is protected
Traffic is encrypted in transit and files are encrypted at rest. Access is governed by server-enforced rules rather than by the app: an ordinary account can only read and write its own data, no account can change its own role, and one-time codes are stored hashed, expire, and are destroyed after a small number of wrong attempts. Only backend credentials can grant administrator access.
How long we keep it
Your recordings and results are kept while your account exists, because re-analysing older recordings against newer models is the point of the study. One-time sign-in codes expire within minutes. Service logs are kept for a limited retention period and then discarded.
Deleting your data
Open the app, tap the menu on the Home screen and choose Delete account. This permanently erases your recordings, their analysis results, your session details, your enrolment and your sign-in — it cannot be undone. You can also ask us to do it for you: see Delete your account.
You may also ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw from the study at any time, by writing to info@vocavibe.ai.
Children
The app is not directed to children and is not designed or intended for use by anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update this page and the effective date above, and notify enrolled participants.
